OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Please note: Due to current industry-wide shipping disruptions expected to continue through end of this year, some shipments may be delivered later than the carrier-quoted transit times. We are doing the best we can to meet the expectations of our customers and have all of our products delivered in a timely manner. FREE SHIPPING - Entrada offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs outside the contiguous US (Alaska and Hawaii) are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of items in the order. We do not currently offer shipping outside the US. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME - All orders are expected to be shipped within one business week. Orders within the contiguous US can be expected to arrive within 2-7 days after they are shipped. If a product is not currently in stock, the correct lead time will be displayed on the product page. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can be expected to arrive between 1-3 weeks after they are shipped. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and expected arrival date. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you receive your order and are not 100% satisfied, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of arrival, excluding any items that were shipped via freight to the customer, the customer will be responsible for return shipping. To be eligible for a refund, all products must be unused and in their original condition. Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will result in a partial refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days.
